Pleasant enough, except for my gripe about the sheets and keys.
Receptions were exceptionally welcoming. Bathroom nice - very good shower. Nice set of toiletries - razor, dental care as well as regular soap Beds very comfortable Spotlessly clean as far as I could tell Breakfast was nice, but they didn't use the serving dishes' under heaters, so the eggs/sausage and bacon were cold. The flavour of the bacon/sausages meant this was not a problem, but for the eggs it was a huge one.
Keys were awful - we had a pair and one rarely worked. Through the night you could hear people struggling to open their doors. Sheets on the bed were way too small - on waking there was just a crumpled sheet under my body - the rest of the bed was bare. This cannot promote good hygiene. The restaurant was a joke - it was really just a snack bar, even though the online menu promised much more.

Good
Hotel is good. Ladies on the reception are very nice and helpful but boys are not willing to help. Especially the older one from two that we met. They have business centar with computer but keyboard and printer are not working so you can’t do anything. Breakfast is ok and it has everything that you need. Ladies in the restaurant are very nice. Room is a good size and everything is comfortable and clean except the pillows that are not very good quality. Room door need a lot of attempts to come in. Location of the hotel is very far so you need a lot of money for taxi.
